Dosers

The DPHV is designed for metering products which can not be either by pumps (because not enough liquid) or by standard metered dose dry products (because too moist): blocks cold fat, cake press filters …

For your products in blocks or pieces, it will ensure a constant and accurate flow without the need for émotter.

Three full screw, horizontal cause the fat to the vertical pump and three screws load these horizontal screws. These gobbling fat in a progressive cavity pump.

The fat back into the metering block out continuously, with excellent metering accuracy, the pump constantly being force-fed.
